This summer Jennifer attended the Reggie Smith Organizing School at the University of Richmond. RSOS is an excellent learning experience and Jennifer hopes that the GEA will be able to utilize many of the tools that she gained while there. She attended a two day session about effective locals as well as mini-sessions on workplace issues for ESPs and creating an online presence for your local.
Based on the information presented the GEA will be working toward more benefits and information sharing this year. We hope you all will visit this site often as we plan to keep it updated with information to make you better informed and more active in your local.
